MLR Players Survey Results - Part 2

01/06/2020

Welcome back to part 2 of the results for the Players Survey! We're just going to jump on in with the results.

Most Likely to Never Leave Their Team

In the vote for the most loyal player, there was a tie for first with SFG's Darth Vader and BOS's Eric Leeder taking home 3 votes. While Leeder has been a career Red Sox, Vader joined the Giants from Pittsburgh to become the GM in Season 3.

MIA's Demtrios Ooga, Dirtbag Darrell and Rotticus Scott, TEX's Superbone Threefinger, BAL's Juniped Catfish, and NYM's Sablo Panchez all received two votes.

Most Likely to be OOTC

This survey was taken before the most recent OOTC vote and the result shouldn't surprise anyone, PIT's Matt Himynamis ran away with the vote, taking home 9 total votes.

However, the rest of the vote didn't tell the same result as the OOTC vote, MIA's Dirtbag Darrell and MIN's Isaac Snowbender tied in second with 5 votes. Only one person voted for Mason Miller, who joined Matt in the big office.

Most Likely to Take Their Ball and Make Their Own League

League founder Bluebird Abernathy (Jayy Burd) took home 6 votes and the win in this vote. After the creation of MLR, Yakball and a failed PES League he's no stranger to creating leagues of his own.

Emmet Michael received 5 votes, which are arguably well deserved after his role in the schism. Rekt Kiddo also received 5 votes to tie for second.

Funniest Player

NYM and vibe check connoisseur Sablo Panchez received 7 votes to be named the funniest player. Panchez has quickly become one of the most popular players in the league after being taken with the 42nd pick in the Season 4 draft.

PHI's Miguel Snow finished second in the voting with 4 votes. The memer and @cum legend doesn't talk much but his minimal messages always hit the mark.

Biggest Trashtalker

Last year's winner Demetrios Ooga ran away with the vote yet again this year, taking home 12 total votes and the title of biggest trash talker again. The brutally honest GM doesn't seem to take the title to heart and just seems to be himself.

Larry Longshot, Aaron Burr and Joshua Jones took home 3 votes apiece to tie for second.

Wait Who?

The award for the player who you got manhandled by but have never heard of before goes to Rotticus Scott, Miami pitcher, taking home 4 votes.

Dad, Dixon Uraz and Junior Longuys all took home 2 votes to tie for second place.

This will be it for this edition of the players survey result. Next time out we will cover the team, GM and umpire awards.
